PromiseArc Services

Agree how your teams will manage customer Outcomes before configuring the technology.

An Outcome Assessment finds where the customer Promise is lost, Evidence is weak, or accountability breaks down across teams before renewal. It then establishes a model teams can use to operate customer Outcomes.

Outcome Assessment

Find where the thread from Promise to realized Value is being lost.

The assessment looks across the customer lifecycle rather than treating a renewal problem, delivery problem, or adoption problem in isolation.

It traces the original customer Promise and Outcome as work moves across commercial, delivery, post-sale, and executive teams to see where either is lost. It also asks whether customer stakeholders can understand the result.

The engagement

From assessment to launch.

The Outcome Assessment runs from discovery through testing on representative accounts. You leave with a tested model and a decision on readiness. When included, Platform Configuration puts the model into PromiseArc. Operating Launch establishes owners and a review cadence when that work is included.

People, inputs, and outputs

Value should be discovered with the customer, not declared by the vendor.

The assessment uses real customer relationships and involves the teams responsible for them. Relevant customer stakeholders take part when the intended result or their recognition of Value needs confirmation. Their input helps establish the intended Outcome and what Value they recognize. Internal consensus or agreement on the definition does not prove the Outcome occurred.

Who and what comes in

Owners working from real customer records.

Commercial, delivery, post-sale, operations or data, and executive owners work from representative accounts. They bring the opportunity or business case, handoffs, delivery plans, usage, support and operational reports, customer confirmation, and QBR or renewal material. Missing sources and ownership gaps are findings, not details to smooth over.

What the customer leaves with

A tested operating foundation.

  • Current-state findings and a lifecycle map showing where the Promise-to-Outcome thread breaks
  • Usable Outcome definitions and Value Paths tested against representative accounts
  • Evidence sources, gaps, provenance, and owners
  • Decision boundaries, responsibilities, Risks, Actions, and review cadence
  • A configuration blueprint and readiness decision, plus an operating handoff plan when launch is included
Outcome Assessment
Tests the model against real customer work and leaves gaps, decisions, and readiness clear.
Platform Configuration
When included, configures the approved model in PromiseArc while keeping sources, gaps, and responsibilities clear.
Operating Launch
When included, puts owners and cadence into use; the customer’s team then owns future reviews.

From model to operation

The technology follows the operating model.

PromiseArc gives the approved model an operating home, keeping the customer Promise connected to Evidence and action as teams work.

The Promise Arc Methodology explains the model. The Platform page shows how the product supports it.
